- SMEs based in commercial premises in Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, or Rotherham. Must have been trading for 12+ months (for grants over £5,000). Fewer than 250 employees. Home-based, virtual office, hot-desking, and co-working businesses are not eligible.
